On location services require a $600 minimum
Should the services you choose total less than the minimum, your total will be rounded up to meet the required minimum.
Prices are for hair services and makeup services separately:
Bride starts at $275
Each Maid, MoB, MoG, Aunt, Grandmother, Friend etc, $175
Flower Girl $45
This is the starting price no matter the style, length, etc (Upstyle, Down Style, Blow Style, Braid etc.)

A 20% deposit is required before holding the date, the 20% will be taken off of your final payment
FEES (if Applicable):
Travel/Parking: An Additional charge will be added due to travel over 50 miles of Port Jefferson and location or if other means of transportation are necessary. (Train, Ferry, Plane, Parking, Parking Garage, Tolls, Hotel Stay..etc)
Assistant Fee: Additional $100 at time of deposit if assistant is needed. (Larger Bridal Parties sometimes need more than one stylist, if it is exceptionally large an assistant is needed to assure everyone is ready on time, usually 4 girls per stylist, if over 10 girls an assistant will be needed)
Holiday Fee: Additional $150 at time of deposit for any date landing on a Holiday/Holiday Weekend and/or start time before 8am (New Years, MLK Weekend, Presidents Day Weekend, Mothers/Fathers Day, Memorial, Independence, Labor, and Columbus Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, Easter, Christmas, New Years eve/day)
$100 per stylist per hour to stay for touch ups (Once done with the last girl for the morning we will touch up before we leave the location, this fee is for any additional touch up time, we can stay for photos, ceremony or after ceremony etc. if requested)
$50 Hair Extensions Fee apply for clip ons
Insurance Fee: Some venues require we add them to our insurance policy, in the event this is needed, please have a written request on a letterhead from the venue in advance, whatever the fee is from the Insurance Company, will be your responsibility to cover.
Payments: The final balance is due on the day of the event. We recommend having envelopes of payment already collected. The person responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person who has signed the booking contract.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash Check or Money Order, payable to Fedora Lounge LLC, Zelle and Venmo also accepted.
Gratuity is welcomed and much appreciated.
